The office does not genuinely care about the residents that stay there. Then when you complain and leave a review they leave everyone the same AI message, no issues are resolved. The pool has also been closed for about 3 years at this point.
- AOA OrtizSep 14, 20251.0The location is nice but, pool has not been opened for 3 years, buildings have old pipes so they bust inside the apartments, maintenance and office staff have too few staff members to operate effectively, the property manager, Danielle Stimac is unprofessional and is never available to assist residents with their concerns, this management company is the worst. This property does not have any amenity, It does not have a dog park, no gym, no playground, no computer room, no sundeck, and office is always closed.
