Honora conducted the appraisal and was a pleasure to have in the home and sharing her knowledge with us. She made my parents feel comfortable and explained things in a manner that was easy for us to understand. The appraisal report was received timely and was thorough, clear and contained all information we were seeking in the process. Both Brad and Honora had great communication through out, and Brad called post-appraisal to ensure our satisfaction and that all needs had been met.
