  Hello, my name is Rochelle Davenport-South. The new Manager Miss Jasmine is a very unique person she came in doing the job required. She makes this place more comfortable for people to live such as myself and others here it is we had so many issues she didn’t come in slacking she came in and doing the job and still doing it and I have to give her credit for that if you want a nice place to live and under good management team The Shelby 2300 South Michigan is where you need to come to the only thing it’s a non-smoking building we had that issue and she’s clearing that up. It’s just she’s a good Manager. I don’t know what else to say other than I was on the verge of leaving and when she came in and started doing the job that was required I said I’ll give it a chance and stay thank you again to Miss Jasmine the new Manager here at the Shelby Apartments 2300 South Michigan thank you RMK management company for hiring her.

  Jasmine was extremely helpful getting us moved in. The building is always clean and peaceful. Looking forward to the rest of the year!

  I have never had the worst MISCOMMUNICATION more in my life talking to a property agent and outside broker. SPECIFICALLY JAMIE AND NADA! I was super excited to move back home to Chicago to be with my family. This place never wanted to get know me or understand moving out of state. I was lied to and have emails to prove the back and forth cc that lacks transparency! They are quick to judge and fast to get your money on bullshit. I would hope that they would want to resolve and understand, I don't think they know anything about empathy. I wouldn't try to live here because its not a community its a lack of communication. I'm sure someone will move in and your just a paycheck to them. HAPPY LEASE AGENT HAPPY LIFE HAHAH WHAT A LIE.
