  Great location in the neighborhood. Amenities match anything you'll find in West Loop. Appliances are up to date and serviced/replaced readily when needed (thanks maintenance team!) The front desk is friendly and helpful for residents and guests, and do a good job managing deliveries and package room (done in-house). Very happy with the value and quality of my floor plan.

  Great building, better people! Everyone here is amazing from the office to the engineering team! Specifically Shardel and Shannel at the front desk are incredible and go out of their way every day to make The Madison at Racine an awesome place!

  Been living here for over a year. Location is amazing and the amenities cant be beat! The staff are super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Shardell for always being so sweet and positive! Would highly recommend living here.
