  We had a great experience at Lincoln Common! Karen and the leasing team are knowledgeable, warm, and professional. The building is in very good shape, the unit layout has a lot of living space and storage, and the front desk staff are welcoming and helpful.

  I just moved into Lincoln Common and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my apartment. I worked directly with Karen to find the perfect unit for me and she is truly the reason my apartment hunt felt easy. She made herself available to give me multiple tours around the building before I signed my lease, assisted with my move in logistics and has been here to support me throughout my transition to Lincoln Common - checking in regularly to make sure I am comfortable and happy with my space. She went above and beyond for me and I am so appreciative I had her throughout the process. I feel so lucky to call Lincoln Common my home!

  I lived here for a year and had an amazing experience. This building is managed to perfection - thank you, Lincoln Common team, for being so diligent, hardworking, and thoughtful! Special shoutout to North Tower doorman Oscar -- he is the best doorman I have ever had and was so nice and punctual during my entire residency. The amenities are amazing, the building is always sparkling, the management is on things before you even think of them, and everyone is incredibly kind and well trained. Already moved into my new building and am feeling the pain of not having as excellent a team as Lincoln Common. 10/10 apartment experince.
