  They twice ignored at all our scheduled tour, when we are coming and waiting more than 40 minutes an agent. So it’s the worst and useless management practices and I didn’t understand how they make a business like that. Don’t waste your time for that fancy website but absolutely unprofessional team, who didn’t help you with the easiest things like an apartment tour out just entrance to the building.

  Ruth and the team have done it again with another fantastic holiday party for the building! This was my third year attending, and it’s always such a wonderful experience. It’s a great opportunity to catch up with fellow residents while enjoying amazing food, fun games, and the always-entertaining white elephant gift exchange. The holiday party is definitely a highlight of the year for me and something I look forward to every December. Thank you, Ruth, and the entire Somerset Place team for your hard work and dedication to creating such a warm and vibrant community. Keep up the great work! 🎉

  I have really enjoyed living at Somerset Place for the last year. The shared common areas are very nice, clean and well maintained. The convenience of having a safe reliable place for package deliveries and pickups is a real benefit especially when you are often away. All the staff and management that I have met have been friendly, responsive and helpful. Ruth Casillas has been especially helpful when I have had to be away and needed assistance. I have enjoyed the rooftop, convenient laundry facilities on each floor, the lobby areas with seating, screen and relaxing music. You can’t beat the location… close access to public transportation (bus and trains) or hop on Lake Shore Drive. Food, entertainment venues, the park and Foster beach conveniently nearby! All in all, I would not hesitate recommending Somerset Place based on my experiences here.

  I moved in when the building reopened. No one has ever lived in my apartment before me. I do like the location because it's close to the redine, express buses, grocery stores, etc. Building is really nice and laundry on every floor. Only critique would be the washers and dryers seem to be needing repairs all the time. Shoot me a message if you’d like to know more about my experience 👎🏾
