  I was given an appointment well so I thought but when I called to confirm they didn't have me in the schedule and none of the info that I had given to the receptionist was in the system. I said no problem let's do this all over and I'm still waiting to get a call back! I have tried several times to schedule an appointment and each time they say someone will get back to me it's been 3wks and I have yet to receive a call

  Loan process was smooth. The only drawback, closing was delay 2 weeks late. Besides that good service.

  Absolutely horrible. Pre-approval letter is meritless. They wait until last minute right before closing to actually see if a candidate is qualified. Incompetent. If you want to waste $ on an inspection, EM, lawyer, and any loan costs, go with Neighborhood loans.
