  We worked with Soraya and Michelle. Both of which were incredibly amazing and knowledgeable. I cannot thank Soraya enough. She were incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and responsive from pre-approval to closing. She took the time to explain every step, answered all of our questions promptly, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. Their attention to detail and ability to keep everything on track helped make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Soraya was very reliable and always replied to our concerns in a timely fashion. I was very surprised to see how fast we closed. She stayed persistent, professional, and confident every step of the way and in the end, she made it happen. She is also a very positive thinker, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Her optimism and reassurance truly helped keep things moving forward.
