  To say that Kevin Sullivan went the extra mile for my family is an understatement. Kevin went more like an extra 50 miles! My aunt and uncle owned a home on Chicago’s north side that went into mild disrepair while they slid into dementia. After admitting them to memory care, my family had the responsibility to liquidate their estate, including their home and nearly everything in it, which they acquired for over 50 years. The home was unoccupied and vulnerable, but Kevin made sure that everything was okay. Kevin checked on the property constantly and made sure that the pipes didn’t freeze during an Arctic cold snap. He coordinated replacement of the leaking chimney and worked with contractors on repairs. Kevin allowed friends to come and gather some items of sentimental value, assisted with donations to charities, facilitated the estate sale and cleanout of the property, and even put items into our storage area. While Kevin had a financial interest in making sure that the property was in the best shape possible for sale, his service was more heartfelt than that. He took to heart what I and my family were going through. We appreciate Kevin’s commitment to our goals and for shepherding us through the successful sale and closing.   Kevin is great to work with! I purchased a condo without an agent. Kevin was agent for seller, and was very accommodating, honest and professional throughout the entire transaction. He went out of his way to provide referrals to several contractors so that we could upgrade the unit. Very personable. You will love working with him!
