  Julie Chesne was truly wonderful to work with during the sale of my home. This was a big process for me, and I had a lot to organize and manage along the way. Julie was incredibly patient, caring, professional, and supportive through it all. She helped coordinate everything, kept the process moving, and made what felt overwhelming at times so much easier to get through. Chris was also wonderful, and together they went above and beyond for me. They are genuinely kind, caring people, and that meant more to me than I can say. The closing was seamless, and thanks to Julie’s expertise, my home sold above asking price. I’m deeply grateful for all of their help and would wholeheartedly recommend Julie to anyone looking for someone who is not only excellent at what she does, but who truly cares.

  Updated review: nothing has changed in my review of Julie & her team, but I want to note that I worked with her again in 2026 to sell the condo that she helped me purchase in 2021. I was a first time seller, and Julie walked me through the whole process. Where I was nervous or anxious about portions, Julie talked me through it and reassured me. She sourced vendors for painting & cleaning & staging. The resources through Compass were excellent as well! Continue to highly recommend after a second transaction! Excellent hands on service - Julie was excellent. We were matched via Redfin when I wanted to see a unit, and she stayed with me to help me find the right unit to purchase. She asked good probing questions to understand what I was looking for and helped me find some alternative listings I hadn't found myself. Viewings were set up perfectly at my convenience and in super quick time. Once I decided which unit I wanted, she was all-in helping me negotiate, ask the right questions of the seller, and move everything forward smoothly. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a million question, and Julie answered all of them with patience, helping me feel comfortable in my decision. She stayed in constant communication throughout, even after closing. I absolutely recommend her.
