The building has an excellent location, amazing common areas, a beautiful view from the rooftop, and it is always very clean and organized. Everyone who works here is very friendly, helpful, and polite. Isamar, the manager, is always willing to help us and answer any questions we may have. It's very good to live here!

I have been helping him move and I have to say that everyone from management to concierge to maintenance has been so helpful. More than helpful, they have gone above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness. From Garrett to Izzie to Jermika and Debbie and Maria, it really helps when the staff of an apartment building care and show it. I have dealt with property managers in Washington DC and New York City and never have I experienced such flexibility and professionalism. About the building: it is modern and clean, has a young population and is pet friendly with superb amenities such as an indoor pool next to a rooftop deck. If I lived in Chicago I would live at 77 West Huron. I think a lot of property management companies around the country could learn a lot from all of the wonderful people working at 77 West Huron.
