- DGDebrah GarciaDec 31, 20255.0We stayed at West77 for a year and enjoyed our time living here. The gym was updated during our lease with new equipment with a more modern feel. The maintenance staff was very prompt and nice. We did not wait for more than two days for something to be repaired after we submitted a maintenance request through the resident app. Front staff was always very welcoming and friendly. During our stay management hosted events in the lobby, my favorite was the wine night. 🍷 From move-in to move-out, all communication with management was timely and clear. We had the most communication with Izzy in the management office, she was always very helpful, patient, and pleasant to speak with. Overall if we could have stayed here longer we definitely would have! :)

The building has an excellent location, amazing common areas, a beautiful view from the rooftop, and it is always very clean and organized. Everyone who works here is very friendly, helpful, and polite. Isamar, the manager, is always willing to help us and answer any questions we may have. It's very good to live here!
