  Management here is super inconsiderate. I live across the street and have been requesting they attend to an issue disturbing our building for 3 months, which they have ignored. Maybe they will finally pay attention now since it seems they respond to reviews??

  The staff and crew were professional, accommodating, warm, and welcoming. For that reason, so excited to be becoming a future tenant starting next month.

  The maintenance staff is awesome! Eddy has helped countless times and does a great job explaining why things happen. Also the door staff is amazing!! Everyone is so helpful

  77 West is a truly enjoyable place to live. The door ladies are consistently kind and welcoming, and Garret, the property manager, is super responsive, helpful, and continuously improving the building. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

  We stayed at West77 for a year and enjoyed our time living here. The gym was updated during our lease with new equipment with a more modern feel. The maintenance staff was very prompt and nice. We did not wait for more than two days for something to be repaired after we submitted a maintenance request through the resident app. Front staff was always very welcoming and friendly. During our stay management hosted events in the lobby, my favorite was the wine night. 🍷 From move-in to move-out, all communication with management was timely and clear. We had the most communication with Izzy in the management office, she was always very helpful, patient, and pleasant to speak with. Overall if we could have stayed here longer we definitely would have! :)
