  I don’t recommend this apartment. First, I’m honestly tired of being ignored by management. I’ve repeatedly reported serious odor issues from next unit, but nothing has been done. Although this is advertised as a smoke-free building, you will see that it is not. I am opening my unit window to refresh smell from next unit even at 20 degree. I don't think my next unit is paying my electric fee. There is a strong air freshener in the elevator, and management warns residents about a smoking fine, yet you can still smell cigarette smoke even in the first-floor corridors in the morning. It’s especially disappointing to see how quickly management responds to Google reviews while ignoring residents’ direct emails. This has been a very frustrating experience. Second, this apartment has terrible maintenance. More than half of the washers and dryers are out of order, making laundry extremely inconvenient. The elevators are also frequently out of service. Third, the overall lack of accountability and responsiveness from management makes this place very hard to live in. No one in the concierge when I need them to report the cigarette smoke from the next unit. No one response to call for 1 and half hours and when I got down no one was there. It was very frustrating experience. If you want responsive and accountable management team then I recommend not this place.

  Wow, this place is absolutely amazing! A little sneak date with my husband 💕 The food was incredible especiallymy salmon, the environment was beautiful, and the hospitality was top-notch. 5 stars from us ❤️ 👌 💖 ♥️ 💕 💗 ❤️

  I live in this building and I like it so much. Everything about it is so beautiful. My view is beautiful.the rent is affordable if I ever move? I will come back that's how much I like it

  Believe everything bad you read about this place, and don’t take many of these positive reviews seriously. Whenever someone posts a negative review, a positive one follows. Twin Towers is a total mess. They have no organization. Their leasing person, Adajza, is incompetent. She has no communication or professionalism skills. She ignores emails, then lies and says the internet went off when you request a response. It was absolute hell trying to communicate with her to rent an apartment. I eventually decided to look elsewhere. If it was perpetual hellfire just trying to rent an apartment, imagine what it would be like living there when the laundry machines stop working or the hot water goes off in the winter, as many other residents complain about.

  The management team is very responsive and professional. Work orders are handled quickly and always done well. The building is clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live!
