  Moved in a couple of months ago. Aurora was very helpful in getting things arranged for me. Nice smaller building without a million neighbors. Pedro in maintenance helped me as well.

  I so badly wanted to live here. When it was time to apply I was disappointed. I’d reached out to the property prior to even thinking about living there, no response. I’m out of state, so I had to go with my gut. I decided to apply. I sent everything over. I literally heard nothing after. When not even a call a few days later with an update. Nada. In the meantime I’d applied to a new building further north. I sent a letter to the person helping me, Aurora, telling her I wasn’t interested. Still nada.

  Management is terrible, this reason alone I would never bring my clients to this building. No one at the front desk and stood in the lobby for an offsite team member to keep telling me they would call management in second floor who never called me of came down.

  Not good at all. Living here is like a 1 hit wonder ( J-Cozier - She's All I Got ). Nothing luxurious about the building. NO SECURITY, Building manager is clueless, He let random people park at your parking for him to say , Oh I know who that is. 🙏🙏🙏 Thank God we're moving out.
