  When my fiance and I first moved here 3 years ago, neither of us had ever stepped foot in the city of Chicago. Naturally, we were unsure of what was in store for us, but we were hopeful. Neither of us could have imagined the magic we would experience living at the AC. 1. The Community - We went down to the pool the very first day we moved in and met (what are now) some of our best friends in the world. The management team throws parties for us to engage with new community members and build new connections. You can be as involved or removed as you wish! If you find yourself wanting to be in the action, there is always an open invitation for any activity going on. 2. The Property Team - From our door staff welcoming us home, to the maintenance team servicing our homes with meticulous care, and our property manager constantly asking for ways to improve resident engagement and satisfaction, the entire team is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of living. 3. The Neighborhood - Right in the heart of Wrigleyville, there is always something going on. Gallagher Way brings a variety of free or paid activities ranging from morning HIT workouts and yoga sessions, to community movies nights, and even pop-up concerts. Why pay $$ for concert tickets when you can listen from your private deck? We couldn't have asked for a better home. It's tough to imagine living anywhere else!

  We were one of the first residents to move into this fantastic building in 2019! 6 years later, I'm not sure why we would move! The staff is proactive and responsive - the front desk keeps all things flowing easily and our neighbors are the BEST! You can get as involved or not, depending on how social you desire to be in your world. Between fire pit nights, pool parties, "family" dinners at the grill, puppy park gatherings, it's HOME. How we found this place is a blessing in every way!

  I've had a chance to live in several communities, and this is my best experience by far. The residents of Addison and Clark are super welcoming and gather for social functions throughout the year. Oliver and his staff are the absolute best, and I am so thankful to call AC home.

  We have lived at the Residences at Addison & Clark for over a year and have been very happy with the location, amenities and especially the staff. Oliver and Alexandria are kind and consistently over exceed our expectations with their prompt replies to our questions, concerns or needs. The front door staff are consistently friendly, helpful and caring. The maintenance crew and cleaning are great, too. Our building is quiet and so much fun living so close to Wrigley! We love living here!
