She has a very sassy disrespectful tone when she talks to you . After I informed her I bought a bark collar at 1:37pm that same day at 4pm she notified me not even 3 hours later with a 10 day notice to remove my dog . Can you say harassment ? She does not need to run this building she will lead the building down the drain . GOOD THING THE LAW DONT PLAY ABOUT ESA DOGS . I will be taking this matter serious

My original property manager was professional and easy to work with, and we had an understanding in place regarding my tenancy that made my experience smooth. After management changed, that understanding was no longer continued, which made the remainder of my stay stressful and uncomfortable. After moving out, I was charged fees related to belongings that were still in the unit. I was not given notice that my items would be removed, and they were discarded without my knowledge. I have documentation of the charges and the lack of notice. Being billed after my property was thrown away without communication has been extremely frustrating. I also reached out multiple times with follow-up questions, including asking when someone would be contacting me regarding the situation, and did not receive clear or timely responses. The lack of communication added to the frustration. The unit itself was great, but my experience with management during the latter part of my lease was disappointing
