The Kent definitely checks both of those boxes. Other things I really enjoy about living here are my apartment has a really lovely view. It is a great location in a cute neighborhood! It is a dog friendly apartment and I get to make furry friends often.. The community in the building feels special including friendly residents, property managers, maintenance and housekeeping!

Carrie and the staff have been exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The apartment itself is wonderful, and the covered parking has been especially appreciated during recent weather. I would highly recommend living here.

The building is very quiet, which is what I like most. Management has also been responsive so far. The only downside is that the parking spots are a bit tight, so if the car next to me doesn’t park properly, it can be hard to fit.
