The amenities are awesome... two gyms, a nice lounge area, work area in the East Tower. I can't wait for the hot tub and pool to open! Additionally, Arina on the leasing staff made my move in super nice and easy for me and quickly answered my long list of questions. Lastly, the people at the front desk always greet me with a smile and nice conversation upon entering and leaving the building. This place truly feels like home!

Both were great options, but Nancy really helped me feel welcome while I was touring and went the extra mile to make a connection so I followed my heart and chose here. Arina was super helpful answering my questions as well as accommodating that I had such a short notice from the day I toured to the day I moved in just one week later. I've also met a couple of the people at the front desk; Bibi and Simone are really friendly and helpful. My move-in process went super smoothly. I had a couple of maintenance requests, and I am super happy that both were immediately addressed within one day and taken care of. This place is run very professionally. The location is also super convenient, right in the South Loop! There's a lot to do and there's public transport nearby if you want to go anywhere else in the city. Overall, I love living here so far, and I highly recommend it for others considering living in the South Loop.
