  They twice ignored at all our scheduled tour, when we are coming and waiting more than 40 minutes an agent. So it’s the worst and useless management practices and I didn’t understand how they make a business like that. Don’t waste your time for that fancy website but absolutely unprofessional team, who didn’t help you with the easiest things like an apartment tour out just entrance to the building.

  Somerset Place Apartments is top tier. Friendly staff greets you upon entering the building, there are plenty of amenities, and the building is always clean! The property manager is also quick to respond to requests and is willing to not only help residents, but build relationships with them. You can tell that the building is well managed because it reflects!

  Appearance of the location is nice however the employees are rude and entitled . Upon move in, my kitchen light would flicker and then go out. It took maintenance over 6months to fix the light. I emailed Ruth for assistance as it was going on for months and her response was careless. Not to mention there has been a few plumbing issues w/ clogged sinks & bath tubs taking maintenance days to come while my sinks and tub is barely draining. Washers and dryers are not always working. I’ve stayed for almost 1.5years and a washer & dryer has always been broken/ non functional. Maintenance is very slow & the “receptionist” come off as careless and inconsiderate, more specifically Ruth. Her attitude is nasty. On multiple occasions Ruth and her team wanted to enter my unit w/ late notice or at inconsiderate times and did not care to accommodate while having an “idc attitude “ I emailed asking for accommodations, no response. Overall this place needs to do a better job w/ hiring. Somerset is not welcoming and I would not recommend unless you’re not big on customer service/ satisfaction.
