Later, when I followed up by email, I found out that the one I wanted had already been rented out. Then they tried to push me to rent a more expensive place. Overall, the service was terrible, completely wasted my time!

Price is great for its location and is within walking distance of downtown proper, multiple grocery/convenience stores, phamarcy, Union Station, and several bus/train stops. I can't speak for others, but I've had no cockroach issues. 5/5 so far!
