He mentioned he had been working there for over 11 years and it’s evident that the people care! Fadi was very nice and welcoming. Definitely persuaded me to make it my first choice as I search for a new apartment community

- OOOJDec 15, 20251.0Management is a joke. I lived here for nearly three years and every single thing others have highlighted as a problem is true. From pests, broken elevators to criminally incompetent management. I spent over a year being charged twice for "renters insurance" when I already had and verified an external policy. It took months to even get an email back. The best and worst part is the day you move out. They make it as confusing as possible, miss the walk through time THEY scheduled and then randomly add charges to your "closed" account. Save yourself the stress and just look around elsewhere. Update: I emailed the management to address my concerns so they could "make it right". And they never even responded which is typical for this building's management. Other reasons NOT to live here: - For months the escalator and the elevator that connected residents to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th tower were broken. To this day the elevator in the lobby does not work. If you have any mobility issues this is not a safe place. - You essentially are living in a mall. There isn't really any security and people can just walk through the tower doors. Also some days you will just want to come home from work and NOPE there is a noisy event with crowds of people just standing in the hallway. - There are not really any amenities you would expect in a high rise apartment. The gym is about $130/mo, the common areas are dirty and the concierge service is woefully disappointing. Also a ton of their 5 star reviews seem either fake or paid. This place is beyond shady.
