  I toured Presidential Towers and it was a complete waste of time. We had a scheduled appointment and were treated like we were inconveniencing the leasing agent just by showing up. Maysoon had a nasty attitude from the moment we arrived. Constant dirty looks, short responses, and zero effort to actually sell the property. We had to repeatedly ask basic questions just to get information that should be part of any standard tour. It felt like she was doing us a personal favor by unlocking a door. The building itself has great views and a great layout, and honestly that was the only redeeming quality. Beyond that, the experience went downhill fast. Also, the gym isn’t included in the rent. If you want to use the gym they are partnered with, it costs an extra $150 per month. Parking is $300 per month. For those prices, you would expect professionalism and cleanliness. Instead, the elevator smelled like poop. Nice views cannot make up for rude staff, overpriced add ons, and a disappointing tour experience. There are much better options in Chicago that actually value potential residents.

  I was lied to during my showing about whether or not there are pest issues and the building took my money and refused to refund my application fee. DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE.

  Finding the right place in Chicago was not an easy journey, but Maysoon made all the difference. She was attentive, supportive, and went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. Her professionalism and care truly reflect how much this building values its residents and the property. I’m very grateful for the support and would highly recommend working with Maysoon and the presidential towers leasing office!

  The worst decision I’ve made in recent years. Living here was terrible. For roaches to bed bugs. This place is a joke. You have to pay extra for a gym membership just because I use the pool. I bought a brand new bedroom set before moving here and I had to throw it away because of the pest. The elevators is always broken. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

  This apartment building only cares about the money, not the residents, staff, or quality of living. RENTER BEWARE- moving in means that you are at risk of getting cockroaches as the entire building is infested. The day that I was moving out I ran into a woman in my tower who stated “thank God I was leaving because her apt was horribly infested and she would be out when her lease was up as well.” She looked mortified and I felt sorry for her!!!! To add the cherry on top, after you move out they will send you a 2k bill overstating charges "that you owe." Mind you $500 of the bill was for 10 command strips that were wall safe. Complete over reach and honestly unbelievable!!! Read other Google reviews and you will see the same trend. Then when you try to dispute it with Brenda or Howard (management) they will let you know it's not their problem to contact resident advocate (a debt collector that they clearly have a deal with to get as much money from people as they can). This building is beyond greedy and management including Howard, Brenda-4, Erica-3 are selfish, fraudulent, and take joy in extorting their residents/previous residents. Wateron needs to have complete new management take over this company & do a serious investigation asap because from what I hear PT used to be enjoyable to live in. Now it is a health risk and a financial risk because they will lie and lie to EXTORT as much money as they can from you! RENTER BEWARE!! See screen shots of the a resident group we used last year in the pictures I shared to see proof for yourself. If you have been a victim of PTs fraudulent actions please put in a complaint with the Illinois attorney general so that they can finally be held accountable for their ILLEGAL ACTIONS, as I did. **update funny how they respond here but via email Brenda & Howard (managers) completely blow you off & tell you that it’s not their problem. AGAIN huge renter BEWARE stay far away from this incompetent management and infested building. Their response is all for “show” since they were expecting to be able to “pay” to have it removed like they do with other reviews.
