  I lived at North Harbor Tower for over a year and was excited to renew my lease until I saw the renewal offer. They quoted me $300/month MORE than what new residents were being offered for the same unit type. This is a textbook example of penalizing loyalty. New residents get move-in specials and lower rates while existing tenants who've proven themselves reliable get squeezed on renewals. It makes zero sense unless the strategy is to hope long-term tenants are too inconvenienced to move.

  I have lived in three countries (Australia, USA, Canada) and north harbor tower has been the best experience across all three in terms of property management. Michael and the leasing team are always extremely helpful. The front desk staff are all excellent at their job, kind and friendly to residents and make the building feeling safe and secure. Charles and Jose in particular have been exceptional. Maintenance and cleaning staff have also been friendly and helpful. I would recommend the building to anyone moving to Chicago looking to live close to downtown.

  I absolutely love living at North Harbor Tower. The building is beautifully maintained and perfectly located along the Chicago waterfront, with incredible views and easy access to everything downtown has to offer. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and attentive. A special mention goes to Charles, the doorman, who is quite literally poetry in motion. He is always busy, yet consistently greets residents with a smile and a kind word. His professionalism and warmth make a noticeable difference every day. North Harbor Tower is exceptionally well run, and it genuinely feels like home. I highly recommend living here.

  I cannot say enough great things about NHT and the staff and management! I moved to Chicago from Florida in July for law school. Once I moved in, I felt right at home. I knew no one in the area and had never lived through winter, so my pup and I have gotten very close to the front desk staff. Charles, Dave, Mike, Jose, and Jose are so kind and helpful. My dog, Archie, loves people, so he always goes up to them and asks them for attention after walks. They are always so attentive and pet him and give him so much affection! Anytime I have any questions about the weather and how to navigate Chicago during winter time, the doormen always help me out with the best advice and recommendations to stay safe and warm. I cannot imagine what my first months in Chicago would have been like if not for the front desk staff being so kind and welcoming. It's so lovely to come home after a long day of law school classes and see friendly faces holding the door open for me and asking me how my day has been and about Archie. Management is extremely involved and attentive. They genuinely care about the satisfaction of the residents, and they make sure everything runs smoothly. I have not had any issues since moving in, but I'm confident if anything were to happen, it would be addressed swiftly and with the utmost care. I am so grateful to have found NHT and to live in such a gorgeous location with staff who care so deeply about my well being and happiness. P.S. shout out to Charles, Dave, and Mike for always chatting with me and Archie when I need a break from homework and school!

  Hello everyone I am new to Chicago as of April 2025, and not knowing anyone. I wandered around looking for apartments and found North Harbor Tower, when I saw the views, they had me sold. Since I lived here I had mostly good experiences. The gym awesome for an apartment complex and very hard to find one similar outside, it is small so if there are 10 people it is crowded but amazing to not have to go outside in the super cold. On the flip side when it is nice outside it is great to workout and then run along the lake walk. Everything is there so I don’t even use my car on the weekends, music festivals, tourist events, shopping, grocery, trains (about a 15 minute walk) and then if you ever want a taxi, they sit right there on the corner. I can’t tell you how much more convenient that iOS. To top it off the staff are amazing. The greeters , the maintenance team, the main office. Never had any issues at all with anyone. Thank you north harbor tower for everything you do. I forgot to mention, it is awesome for it to be -11 outside , yet I still get to swim and go to the sauna without having to leave my apartment complex!
