- MMMira MrcelaOct 15, 20191.0Couldn't believe the audacity of this company and their sales rep to come out and assess our site only to never give us a quote and even lie about having sent it. I had to call the company to ask that it be delivered by another rep since the one we had wouldn't return our text messages and instead they sent the same rep to respond only to show us that a quote was never made and he lied about it again. Don't bother with this company, they will only try to sell you a system that you don't need and waste your time prolonging the process out only to not deliver a quote to you at the end. We went with ADT who came in with a quote after 24 hours of assessing out site with a far more than reasonable price tag. Thanks Kastle, for showing me who the best competitor is local in Chicago in your industry :)
