With modern/updated living spaces, luxury amenities (pool, sauna, gym, rooftop, dog spa/park), great management, 24/7 doorman, Exhibit is a great choice for your next apartment.

It’s a great location- really close to brown line, can still walk to redline, close to I-90 ramp, a little bit calmer than the heart of River North. Staff is friendly and maintenance is quick. The gym is one of the better apartment gyms you can find. Garage is pricey (standard for the area) but very nice to have. The pool, hot tub and grill area is really fun in the summer. The building will also host random happy hours throughout the year which is really cool.
