- TCTinh CaoOct 24, 20254.0I’ve lived here for over 3 years and love the location. Management is responsive and maintenance always tries to address issues quickly, which I appreciate. However, sound isolation isn’t great—you’ll hear noise from neighbors (music, bass and ball bouncing). Facilities could be improved: the gym equipment takes a long time to be replaced when broken, and the laundry machines malfunction often, though some of that may be due to resident misuse.

- CWCordell WoodsJul 31, 20252.0Avoid this place if you can. We’ve been moved out over 3 weeks and we’re suddenly hit with a $450 charge for damages and cleaning. The. We had to request photos and an itemized list of said damages and dirty areas. One photo was of a few grains of rice in a cabinet. Another was a few dirt particles in the fridge. The kicker was the outside door knocker being dusty. Really? Also other damages we know were from the previous tenant that they’re trying to charge us for but never fix. Had we not inquired and just paid they would have gotten over on us.

Nonetheless, the staff, Kara and Kya, are really knowledgeable and very helpful. Not only that, they are approachable, and they go above and beyond to rectify any issues that you may have. If you’re thinking of moving here, Kara and Kya will make you feel right at home. Have a great day!
