- TCTinh CaoOct 24, 20254.0I’ve lived here for over 3 years and love the location. Management is responsive and maintenance always tries to address issues quickly, which I appreciate. However, sound isolation isn’t great—you’ll hear noise from neighbors (music, bass and ball bouncing). Facilities could be improved: the gym equipment takes a long time to be replaced when broken, and the laundry machines malfunction often, though some of that may be due to resident misuse.

I scheduled a viewing to see a 2bd 1bath 3 WEEKS out and even confirmed my appointment with them the day before— just to get turned around not even 5 minutes upon arrival. Management claimed that all of their apartments were now being occupied and she “meant to call” me to let me know. Then she tried to reference me to some apartment complex that wouldn’t even pick up for her when she called. Complete waste of a time and commute! Don’t waste your time scheduling a viewing. Their communication sucks! (I couldn’t even get her name because I was turned around so quickly SMH)
