- OOOnyinyeNov 27, 20255.0I lived here for ~2 years and thought to make this appreciation post since only negative reviews find their way online. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my apartment at Columbus Plaza. I had the best views, the best neighbours, free hot chocolate for all residents, respectful and lovely staff (everyone from Shanequa to the maintenance staff, and the beautiful ladies in the package room were so sweet and kind). I never had a work order placed during the day that wasn’t fixed within 5 hours. Only time this extended was when the building management needed to get an outside vendor to resurface my bathtub. I won’t deny it was initially a little rough when I moved in and had to deal with passive aggressive staff, but otherwise I loved my lovely front desk friends and everyone at CP.
