One of my windows was open from October to February and they finally fixed it after the majority of winter passed by after I wasted so much money on heating. Washer and dryer still have not been fixed, and my maintenance request was submitted four months ago. There have been numerous issues with move in and the apartment itself, and I've been ignored, but the property manager has no problem having a realtor contact me about viewings of my apartment because they are selling the building. Do NOT rent with this company, they do not care about their tenants or keeping up with basic maintenance.
