  Best apartment building I’ve lived in. The Staff from concierge to leasing and management is top notch. Love the maintenance team. I can name them all and they’re all legit. Kristin and team in office have done a tremendous job! .. amenities are best I’ve seen. Keep it up!

  I have been living here about a year and a half and it has been a good experience. The building is great and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The best part is the location. I am close to everything and walk a lot of places when the weather permits. Close to major expressways so my work commute isn’t bad either. The building is always clean and the maintenance staff do a good job of upkeep. Kristin is always responsive and helpful and I appreciate her. Anesa is great and was the first person I met when I toured. She made my experience easy and stress free. Rashaun does a great job at the front desk and makes sure the building is secure with the people coming in and out. Overall I am happy with my decision to move here.

  My Fiance and I moved in this July and so far have loved it here! We love our unit - its a corner unit with great views of the river. I also love the location of this building. It's in Fulton River District but you can walk to River North, Fulton Market, West Loop, West Town, South Loop and the river walk in 15 minutes or less so you can't beat it! Our move in process was seamless and maintenance has always been speedy. There is always someone cleaning the property and putting great care in the work. Everyone at the front desk is lovely, especially Anisa! She threw a Halloween Dog Costume & Pool Party today which is why I thought to write this review! It was so much fun and is a great way to build a community. I just had to give her a shoutout for this event. I also love that the pool doesn't close until October 20th so it makes the amenities well worth it. You can also rent the shared community spaces for parties. We just rented the space for our engagement party and it was great! It is a little pricey to rent the space though. The only annoying thing was how long it took to get two parking spaces. We had to wait a few months for parking spots to open in our building and it wasn't the best process but overall fine since there are garages nearby. Even though it's been a few months we are still settling in so I might write an updated review in a year or so but as of now, we love it!

  I recently moved into Cassidy on Canal, and I’m already so glad I chose this building. The space is modern, well-kept, and has a fresh, upscale feel that makes it a nice place to call home. What has impressed me the most, though, is the staff. From day one, Kristen, James, Anisa, and Eric have all been incredibly kind and helpful in making my move as smooth as possible. I also want to give a special shout-out to one of the team members (I believe her name is Tammy, forgive me if I got that wrong) who went above and beyond. She saw me struggling with several boxes and packages and personally helped me organize and carry them all the way to my floor. That level of care is rare, and it really stood out to me. You can tell the staff here genuinely cares about the residents. They’re approachable, take feedback seriously, and make you feel welcome. As a nice bonus, I even got a cute tote bag and cup when I moved in! Overall, I’m loving living here so far and have no complaints. If you’re looking for a modern building with a great community and staff that actually goes the extra mile, Cassidy on Canal is a fantastic choice.
