  Elijah Robledo and Cecilia Daniel’s at Kinzie Park Tower are fantastic! They are responsive, knowledgeable about our community, and dedicated to making our building run safely and smoothly.   We are a vendor that works on the elevators at a few of the locations managed by Associa Chicagoland. I have had the pleasure of working with the Property Manager David Beal for the last few years. I would highly recommend their management company to any building owners or Boards voting on a new management company. Maintaining a building with an older elevator is not always easy, so having a PM who is responsive and respectable is crucial. Their professionalism is unmatched.

  I have lived in a associa managed building for 16 years and have experienced many different managers throughout these years but none compare to Jazmyn she has been extraordinary From the very beginning, she has demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to the residents. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that concerns are addressed quickly and fairly, and she communicates clearly and respectfully with everyone in the community. Jazmyn’s organization and attention to detail have noticeably improved the overall atmosphere and efficiency of our association.
