Hired a landscaping company to rip out all of front bushes without telling us or approving a replacement, looks horrible. Haven’t gotten a response on any issue since I’ve lived here using them unfortunately: don’t recommend.

I left so many voicemails, sent emails and spoke with a person on the phone for the same issue and for 3 weeks now nobody bothered to call, or email to at least let me know they are working on the issue. I cancelled my landline and requested that they switch the intercom to my cell phone and it has been 5 weeks now since I started contacting the Associa but so far no respond. However, few of the opened tickets have been closed already. I am disabled and cannot get groceries because of the intercom issue. It is a shame to provide that kind of service!

On top of that, they compiled multiple violation fees after a year without ever sending proper notifications. When I reached out for clarification, there was no clear response, and in some cases my emails were simply returned. The lack of transparency, accountability, and communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
