  Moved in May of this year and so far I have no complaints. The building is always clean and the staff are all very friendly. Very walkable and safe neighborhood as well. The one bed apartments are spacious and well maintained.

  I've lived at 1333 S Wabash since May of this year and I am very happy with my 1 bedroom apartment. Love the stainless steel appliances, laminate wood floors, quartz countertops, and in-unit washer/dryer. It's great having a front door person and controlled access to the building for safety and security. The management and staff are very professional and friendly, which made the move-in process easy and stress-free. I like the correspondence of texts and emails they provide if any issues arise. Prompt response is greatly appreciated. Love the building location - close to shopping, restaurants, and public transit. The on-site gym is a nice amenity, along with club room and outdoor space. My experience has only been positive and I would recommend living here.

  I had a very frustrating experience with this apartment. My application was delayed for a long time with various “technical reasons.” Although I had already submitted all required documents, they kept saying they couldn’t find my application. I tried my best to cooperate — resending files through email and following every instruction — but they kept changing their responses, sometimes saying it’s okay, then later saying it’s not. In the end, even after I met all the listed requirements, they rejected my application without giving a clear reason. It’s hard not to wonder if my Asian last name played a role, as I felt I wasn’t treated fairly throughout the process. Even though there are not many Asian tenants living here, I still saw several people online mentioning that they were charged unreasonable “move-out damage fees.” I really don’t want to make assumptions, but the whole experience felt suspicious and deeply disappointing.

  The staff of ONE333 is exemplary. They are well-trained and friendly, but most of all they are very responsive. The staff all take pride in this building and the jobs they do. Thanks and a tip if the hat to them. We love living here.

  I lived in this building for 18 months and had a great experience. The staff is friendly, responsive, and takes excellent care of the property. While I was there, the building occasionally had minor issues (e.g., a broken elevator), but the staff always addressed them quickly and kept tenants informed. I also never experienced any major problems with my own apartment, and knowing that on-site staff could quickly resolve any issues gave me peace of mind. Since moving, I now live in a similar building in NYC that advertises itself as “luxury,” and the contrast has made me appreciate ONE333 Wabash even more. In my current building, packages and food deliveries have been stolen, the leasing office doesn’t respond to emails, my apartment was dirty when I moved in, the front desk staff is unhelpful, and management often ignores problems to cut costs. I never dealt with anything like this at ONE333. My takeaway is that Chicagoans are fortunate to have management companies like Habitat One, which operate with real integrity. In short, if you’re considering living in this building, don’t let the negative reviews weigh too heavily. If you read them closely, most stem from unusual, isolated situations that don’t reflect the overall experience.
