  Moved in May of this year and so far I have no complaints. The building is always clean and the staff are all very friendly. Very walkable and safe neighborhood as well. The one bed apartments are spacious and well maintained.

  I've lived at 1333 S Wabash since May of this year and I am very happy with my 1 bedroom apartment. Love the stainless steel appliances, laminate wood floors, quartz countertops, and in-unit washer/dryer. It's great having a front door person and controlled access to the building for safety and security. The management and staff are very professional and friendly, which made the move-in process easy and stress-free. I like the correspondence of texts and emails they provide if any issues arise. Prompt response is greatly appreciated. Love the building location - close to shopping, restaurants, and public transit. The on-site gym is a nice amenity, along with club room and outdoor space. My experience has only been positive and I would recommend living here.

  **modifying my review. I tried to give new mgmt a chance. Nothing has changed, still broken machines in gross workout room, still broken door that nearly destroys my bike each time. How hard is fixing a single door? - Habitat doesn't care. Still security issues with theft and recent rumblings of drug busts in the building. Only improvement was sidewalk flower bed which nobody cared about - maybe helps sales but this building is not as advertised . STAY AWAY!!!! Preface this review to say that the units are nice - meaning the walls that contain your apartment. The rest of the building and management are very sub-par for the price you pay. I have been here ONLY TWO MONTHS and know I will not be renewing - see the fun history below. Maintenance requests go unresolved, there is no working AC in the gym (it's 90 degrees out), the elevator makes a frighteningly loud an unsafe noise (went unacknowledged for weeks until residents spoke up on message board and still no recent inspection certs), there is no security from the front desk (they leave unattended and still allow the automatic door to open to anyone even without a key), MY BIKE WAS STOLEN FROM THE GARAGE along with that of other residents on Friday, the "bike storage" is an absolute cluster, the common amenities area has weeds growing throughout and reeks of dog urine. A problem tenant on my floor was evicted after what my neighbors say was months of complaints - and suddenly that unit flooded including 3 floors below. I only found out due to restoration crews working well past midnight on a Sunday tearing up the unit, running fans, screaming in the halls - never acknowledged by Habitat. For the price you pay, you can do WAY better. ALSO NOTE - when I moved in there was a competition to boost their ratings - hence all the positive reviews in April and May....
