- AAAnonymousSep 30, 20251.0DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is a horrible community. They refuse to provide speed bumps and another child just got hit by a speeding car. I come out of my home to leave for work in the mornings and there are dead animals because of the speeding cars. It is 15 mph and cars go literally fly down the street going 50 mph, even when the children are walking to and from the bus stop. The new horrible manager stopped bulk pick up and is now giving us tickets if we have bulk items to throw away. She provided us withone dumpster during the summer for one week and it was located by theclub house and that is way too far from my home to drop off bulk items. The manager could of at least provided a dumpster at each parking lot. The maintenence will not fix things in timely manner and now they are no longer fixing washer and dryer yet they raise rent every year. I am still waiting (going on year 5) for things to be fixed. I can't wait until my lease is up, I moving out and telling everyone I know not to move here. I hate that I have been here this long already.
