  I am so excited to be a part of Alpine Village! Not only is the community well kept and affordable, the staff are amazing! Lisa is a gem and truly made my house hunting and application process painless. She’s so sweet, professional, and personable! You can tell that she loves what she does and really cares about her tenants and the community.

  Lisa was AWESOME !! After going through a very troubling experience with a sales rep, Lisa was made aware of the issue & the next day she was in the office moving forward with my closing paperwork . She took her time going over misinformation that was previously given to me, & was truly excited for me as we completed the paperwork. She had no availability that day, so she worked on her lunch just to accommodate me . She was knowledgeable, patient & kind just as she was 4 years ago when we 1st moved into our rental property with paradise park . From renting, to purchasing she is always on top of everything .   I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years (this May), and unfortunately things have gotten out of hand over time. The biggest issue is the water billing system (RUBS). There is no reason residents should be paying high water bills regardless of actual usage. Even when trying to conserve water or not being home much, the charges remain unreasonably high. It feels unfair and inconsistent. Another concern is communication. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with the office. Calls often go unanswered, which makes resolving issues frustrating. There has also been a noticeable shift in management. The previous manager was more understanding and willing to work with residents during difficult situations. Currently, the approach feels very strict and centered around immediate payment with little flexibility, despite how expensive everything has become. This is a community many of us genuinely enjoy. It’s quiet, family-friendly, and in a great location. However, the rising costs and lack of support are making it harder for long-term residents to stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and considers making changes that better support the people who live here. We matter as well you know!!!
