He treated us with the utmost respect and kindness! We are so thankful for all of his help in finding us the most perfect home here in Mahomet.   We worked with Kaitlynn to sell our home in Villa Grove. We had already moved and were in a time crunch of needing to sell by June. She worked diligently to get it listed and we were able to sell by the end of March. She was super helpful with answering our questions, and very easy to work with. Could not recommend her more as she was such a blessing during our first home sale!

  As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting into. It was a whole new process (the terminology, the timelines, the negotiations). From the very first conversation, Josh made all of that feel manageable. Being new to the process, Josh never made me feel naive for not knowing things. Instead, he walked me through every step with patience and clarity, explaining what was happening, why it mattered, and what to expect next. I always felt informed rather than just along for the ride. The Champaign-Urbana market moves quickly, and Josh’s local knowledge was invaluable. He helped me understand what different neighborhoods offered, what fair pricing actually looked like, and how to put together a strong offer when the right home came up. When it did, I felt genuinely ready and that’s entirely because of his preparation. What I’ll remember most, though, is just how much he cared. He was responsive, honest, and always felt like he had my best interests at heart. For someone navigating home buying for the first time, that peace of mind meant everything.   We called Ryan Dallas because of their online reputation, and are so glad we did. The agency as a whole kept us up to date throughout our house sale. JJ Dupuy, our agent, was very knowledgable about pricing and the whole selling experience. He has excellent connections with other realtors, and helped us find reputable people for necessary repairs. JJ returned our calls right away - his communication skills are excellent. His advice was always spot on. The house was priced right and sold quickly. We feel very lucky to have JJ as our agent.
