- MJMary JNov 25, 20251.0Would give 0 stars if I could. This place says they are luxury apartment when in reality they barely do anything for their residents. Often times when I request maintenance, things are not fixed. On top of that I recently found out that the student workers who run the front desk have master keys to every apartment and can just walk in???? I have heard that they will use these master keys to randomly break into residents apartments because they wanted to see the people that live there - which is a complete violation of privacy. And no, I am not talking about the mandated inspections. I am referring to front desk workers using their master keys in an unprofessional way that is a complete violation of privacy. I do not believe we should be trusting young college students with running an apartment complex. On top of that packages are always lost (as the young college students who work there are always on their phones instead of actually organizing packages). Stay away from Seven07. You will get scammed and you will not feel comfortable or safe living here.

I often see homeless people staying overnight inside the apartment complex, and management never takes any action it feels unsafe. What’s even more ridiculous is that I’ve already paid for my parking spot, but the parking tag they gave me often doesn’t work, so I can’t even get into the garage. When I went to the front desk for help, they told me, “I can’t offer you any advice.” I honestly can’t believe it — I’ve paid for parking, yet I get locked out of the garage, and they think it’s not their problem? No one tried to help or fix the issue. That’s just absurd. Overall, the management here is extremely irresponsible. The lack of safety and poor service make this place absolutely not worth the price.
