  The Greenways is a great place to live.The apartments are well maintained with many amenities such as washer -dryer, dishwasher,A/C and microwave. The staff is very attentive and prompt to address sny concerns.The maintenance staff is respectful, professional, friendly and prompt to make any repairs needed and do them correctly.. Twice a year the staff hosts brunches for the tenants. In the summer there is a beautiful pool well maintained and and enjoyed by all the tenants.

  Update: the management and owner of this property out of no where wants all residents to update their renters insurance to raise the liability from $100,000 to $300,000. So you will now have to call your renters insurance and raise the cost of your insurance because the owner thinks their lack luster property is worth that level of coverage I cannot recommend leasing or living here. Management is absent and doesn’t care about your peace of mind and ability to sleep. Drug use is common and the neighbors next to us smoke weed and stink up our unit and building. The neighbors upstairs like to vacuum and make excessive noise at 2am every day. All our complaints were promptly ignored by management with the only thing they say to do is “call the police”. The neighbor across the hall likes to scream like a mad man which again the useless management does nothing about. So basically your life here will be filled with nothing but noise, the smell of weed and cigarettes, and dog crap everywhere. The washer and dryer in unit are small and can’t handle more than 2 pieces of clothes. The dryer vents indoors causing the apartment to get extremely humid. And in the winter the property manager is too cheap to salt the parking lot so you risk slipping and falling on ice in the parking lot. My lease is up in July and I am counting down the days. Please avoid renting here

  I’ve really enjoyed living at Greenway Apartments in Carol Stream. It’s quiet, clean, and feels safe. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the staff has always been helpful. The location is super convenient but still peaceful. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

  **NOT RECOMMENDED TO RENT AND THE MANAGEMENT IS JUST SITTING THERE AND TAKING SALARY. SCAMMERS!!!!! After my experience with this management, I realized the importance of reading reviews, as many residents have reported being unfairly charged excessive move-out fees. Unfortunately, I experienced the same. I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in, yet I was charged $1,141 due to a disposal-related blockage that was not caused by negligence on my part. The management lacks professionalism and accountability. Initially, they are friendly and welcoming, but once you raise concerns, they become unresponsive. Complaints regarding overflowing trash, strong marijuana odors, parking issues, and pet waste in common areas were repeatedly ignored. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Management does not prioritize residents’ concerns and appears more focused on collecting fees than providing quality service. I would not recommend renting here.**

  Definitely not recommended. I stayed here only because I had signed a 15-month lease. The hallways and surrounding areas often have a strong foul odor. Despite multiple emails, no action was taken. There is constant noise, overflowing trash, parking issues, and frequent problems with package access codes. Management is unresponsive. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The staff should be changed, causing loss for the business by not working properly. Thankfully we moved out and didn't renew our lease.
