  It was really nice to live here for about 2 years. Really nice complex gym, nature and great walkable areas with parks and sports fields close.

  They fix our repair within a couple days! They did an excellent job and were extremely friendly and nice! Having been in other apt complexes for many years, I can honestly say that this is the best and fastest and nicest service that I have ever had compared to other companies!

  One of the worst apartments I've ever lived in. It's a "luxury" apartment yet when I first moved in there were already issues with the apartment. Adding so many charges for an apartment that's not in my budget anymore. They just added parking charges.. this place just wants your money and will charge you for everything. Management team or anyone in the office are rude and hopeless. You come in the office, no greetings or anything just blank stares at you. My family also lives in these apartments and have not had a good experience either especially with the management team. Maintenance have also came into our home even when we pressed "no" for permission to come in when no one's home. Just overall not a good place to stay. I would NOT recommend staying here if you're trying to save your money and don't want randoms walking into your home. Been here for three years and it just keeps getting worse living here. Know that I will be contacting someone else for this management team about Nayeli and Ana. Very disappointed with how they treated my family and I.

  New update- they are refunding me my money and it seems like the owner took his last comment away. I wonder why ? UPDATE- My experience with this property has been very frustrating. They advertised apartments that turned out not to be available, and then tried to upsell me on units that were outside of my budget. After I declined, my calls and messages were ignored, and I received no further assistance. This appears to be a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Coincidentally, after I contacted the corporate office, the exact apartment I had originally applied for suddenly became available again. I strongly recommend that anyone applying here use a **credit card** for any fees, so you can **dispute the charges** if necessary. It feels like they try to nickel-and-dime applicants, and their business practices seem misleading. I’ll be filing a **complaint with the Better Business Bureau** to document my experience, as I believe I’m not the only person who has been treated this way. I applied for an apartment and was approved, with a move-in date already set. However, I was later told that the apartment I had paid for was no longer available. The management offered me a “renovated” unit at a higher price but said they’d apply a discount. At first, it sounded reasonable — until I saw the apartment. It definitely wasn’t worth the extra cost. I then asked about switching to a two-bedroom unit since I was already being asked to pay more. I didn’t want a renovated apartment, just something with more space. They told me that unit wouldn’t be ready by my move-in date and that the discount would no longer apply. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to move forward and asked for a refund. Initially, Caroline told me they couldn’t offer a refund since they had “made accommodations” by offering other apartments. I explained that what they were offering didn’t match what I applied and paid for. She finally agreed to look into a refund, but I’m still waiting for an update. Another concern I had was the pet screening process. I paid the fee, but the form allowed me to skip all questions about vaccinations or vet information — and it still approved my dog. That makes me question how thorough or safe their screening process really is. When I mentioned this to the leasing team, they said it was a new process they thought would be more effective, but it clearly isn’t. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the communication, the lack of transparency, and how the situation was handled. Definitely not a good first impression and not a place I’d recommend.
