Lakehaven is pet friendly, accepting cats and most large dogs up to 80 pounds.

The new monthly parking fee I don’t understand why there is now have a fee to park in an open lot. And the guest parking fee after 8pm 7 days a week is a little excessive in my opinion.

Adding so many charges for an apartment that's not in my budget anymore. They just added parking charges.. this place just wants your money and will charge you for everything. Management team or anyone in the office are rude and hopeless. You come in the office, no greetings or anything just blank stares at you. My family also lives in these apartments and have not had a good experience either especially with the management team. Maintenance have also came into our home even when we pressed "no" for permission to come in when no one's home. Just overall not a good place to stay. I would NOT recommend staying here if you're trying to save your money and don't want randoms walking into your home. Been here for three years and it just keeps getting worse living here. Know that I will be contacting someone else for this management team about Nayeli and Ana. Very disappointed with how they treated my family and I.
