  I miss living there already and its only been 1 mth. Would not have moved except I needed to relocate. Great apt mgr, who actually lives on the property. That says it all. Very few if any maintenance needs. Communication is outstanding and location/setting ideal. Someday I may get to return.

  I stayed here for 2 years and it was great. You can’t hear anyone above you or anyone next door. All neighbors were always friendly and I’d say 98% of residents were considerate of the noise level after 10pm. (There’s always that one person who had friends over that ran into the early morning hours) The love/hate portion, for me at least, was the semi-annual filter change in the apartment. Maintenance always changed the filters twice a year, which is great and I loved it but the only reason why it’s a “hate” for me is due to privacy concerns and/or people I don’t know walking in my living space. I know other places have been worse with doing maintenance and Darcie always did a great job communicating about maintenance work or if we needed maintenance to come out to take a look at an issue. Everything was always clean. I worked from home 2-3 times a week and I have always seen and heard maintenance vacuuming and mopping the main lobby. The apartment itself may be a little pricey but I have not seen a place where they define “luxury” apartments anywhere else.

  Great place to live! Darcie is an amazing property manager, and the place looks great! If you need any maintenance for the apartment, they will take care of it right away. Great apartment building in Buffalo Grove.
