Edit: Okay for the new home buyers, this place experience heavy tremors at least twice a week because of a quarry near by, the house shakes significantly and likely if you have objects hanging off the wall, they may fall causing safety hazards, HoA and the builders both have been unable to do anything about it and just wash it off saying it's a village jurisdiction issue. Please ask at the site office and make sure they tell you this with transparency, I do own another home near by and lived there for a decade without experiencing this shake up of the infrastructure, even though it's not that far from the place where these explosions are being carried out. I unfortunately have to downgrade to 3/5.

Buying experience was great so kudos to the site sales team but spare a thought about residents, two entrances (Hazzert and Essington) having built everything at the entrance at Hazzert, they sold 4-5 more lots, Essington entrance already had lots so construction was on, swamping up both the entrances by trucks, construction vehicles, debris and randomly parked cars, if this was done merely to achieve sales target then it's disappointing, people are running into this community due to District 204 else you have better housing from Pulte at better prices in Bronks Farms on 127th. There's a park at the Hazzert entrance but it's almost non existent for people living on the or near the Essington entrance, you could have done a bit more for people paying almost a million dollars for these homes, I won't go into build quality as for the most part it's nice but there are issues I am hoping warranty will cover.
Next, please have road signage, couple of spots I can tell need yield or stop signs, kids and senior citizens are on the roads instead of sidewalk, creating severe safety hazard, signage will help, at least motorists will be extra careful if not others. Overall it's a good community and my purchase experience was very smooth but their are serious operational problems that either the builder or HOA should address.
