  Roaches everywhere. Called a multiple time and they would say they will schedule maintenance to go and never went. Called about 5 times and never got them to go to my apartment. Parking lot supposed to be one sticker per studio/one bedroom never wanted to give me mine sticker saying my car had to be under my name, so if you young and your parentes give you a car and is not under your name you can’t go there if not would have to park out side or if you separating and your spouse name appears on your car title forget about it. Anyways don’t go there, trash everywhere all the time, aisle dirty, apartment infested by roaches 🪳

  My experience with Riverstone in Bolingbrook was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the very beginning, they were not clear about the requirements or the approval process. The information provided was vague and poorly explained, which created unnecessary confusion. The most upsetting part is that after collecting the application fee, they simply denied the application without giving any clear or specific reason. When I asked for clarification, the only response I received was “I told you,” which is absolutely not true. At no point were the supposed issues or missing requirements clearly explained beforehand. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of properly answering questions or providing transparent explanations, they avoided accountability and offered no real clarification. It honestly feels like their main priority is keeping the application fee rather than being upfront and fair with applicants. I strongly recommend that anyone considering applying request all requirements in writing and ask detailed questions before paying any fees. My experience was unclear, unprofessional, and very disappointing.

  Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Our application was denied simply because we “exceeded the limit,” which does not make much sense considering that we met the requirements. The explanation was not clear, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. I expected a more transparent process. It feels like the application was only processed so they could keep the application fee…

  Do not move here. There are ROACHES and ants everywhere. The water is never hot. They randomly upped the rent $100 in the middle of the lease and said they can keep doing it if the economy continues to get worse. If you sign a lease you should be responsible for the amount you signed the lease for not a random up charge you have to pay or get out when people are on fixed income. Julie the regional manager is very unprofessional and treats minorities like they are lower class than her. If you ask to speak with her she will tell you she's not in the building and you will go to the building and she is there. She shouldn't be running a neighborhood filled with minorities.
