    Worst trailer park ever the lot fee goes up every year I started at 645$ ended 750$ in 3 years imagine if you lived there for ten years! You get fined for EVERYTHING they are STRICT plus you need a background check to even look at trailers so if you have any convictions or felonies nope you’re not welcome. My trailer was old and honestly I made a huge mistake living there. The office manager was so awful she finally got fired or resigned and the new one seemed to be strict but she smiled at least. Do yourself a favor- keep looking. Most of the trailers are empty and if they haven’t moved out yet it’s because they can’t sell their trailer to be able to move. No joke. They even give you a hard time if you have someone park in your driveway and sleep over too many times they accuse you of letting someone else move in without getting the proper clearance first. It’s just awful.
