- SGSushma Gandhi3 days ago5.0I visited the Eola Preserve community recently which is tucked away from Eola road. It is in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood and had a sense of exclusivity. These townhomes have a very modern design to it, which I loved. And the salesperson, Minja, helped me out through this whole process. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and knowledge on this matter. She always made sure I was felt like a priority. At each step through this whole process, she came through with commitment to excellence. I truly appreciate all the help and I Would totally recommend her to any of my family members and friends

I scheduled a morning appointment with a sales consultant, Lily, and arrived on time with my clients expecting a confirmed tour. Unfortunately, she never showed up. We waited outside in freezing rain for over 30 minutes past our scheduled time, attempting to call multiple times with no answer. We also received an automated message stating they were out of the office due to it being the weekend, despite having a confirmed appointment. I followed up again during the week, leaving a voicemail to understand what happened, and have still not received any response. As a real estate professional, this was not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on the level of communication and professionalism. My clients’ time was completely disregarded, and it ultimately impacted their experience. I hope this is addressed internally so it doesn’t happen to others.
