  No one likes moving but my experience moving in at renew apartments was great. I love the specious 1 bedroom, my apartment is close to the elevator so that made moving easier. I received a welcome home basket with made my decision to move with renew a great choice.

  Very Bad place to live. There is no maintenance people come to fix stuff. Every couple of month they changing property manager. They charged hidden fee without you know. Horrible management. Apartment is not clean. All there property is like that. If you want to talk management there is no phone number or no where to find anyone. They keep increasing rent without any time frame. Please find better place to live then this unorganized, messy place. Very very BAD Apartment. All there location is horrible. I don't want to give any Star but they are lower then one star. They cannot be trusted. Mr. Owner its not about communication issue, you make my friend moving out from your property because you asking him couple of month rent in empty apartment and all your hidden fee. You asking $3000 plus money and other hidden fee. You are kicking him out. Guess what he is a veteran. You should be shame of yourself how you treat your tenant. If you have little bit of shame you direct contact him same last name which is mine. your property manager and you know who i am talking about. Give me your contact number so i can direct talk to you. I will definitely contact Better Business Bureau about your Renew So call Apartment for sure so other resident don't have to go through.

  I became a tenant at Renew Aurora in Aug 2021. My Mother and I looked at several properties in the area and this by far was the greatest choice! RA complex hasn’t let us down! Being a college student and this being my 1st apartment of my own, RA had made my transition smooth. Kudos to the new property manager Jessica. Typically if I had a question or concern it would take 24-48hr for a response NOT with her! Jessica is very responsive to the tenants phone calls or emails as well as adamant about the cleanliness and safeness of the property and tenants. Keep up the good work within our community Jessica.
