I had very horrible experience with plumbing issues . We have moved very recently to Lincoln Crossing and within 2 weeks of moving, I have started noticing that water on the countertop near sinks is seeping through into the cabinets underneath the sinks, which is very disappointing to see, especially in a new home. I have raised a service request as a result of this. The service team is equally disappointing and didn't show any intent to resolve it and instead dismissed it by saying it is a common issue.
My neighbor's house is a brand new home, just like ours, built by Pulte in the same community. They have same faucets as ours and they don't have an issue with splashed water on countertop seeping through the cabinets. However we are very unfortunate to deal with these issue. This shows their poor workmanship and inconsistent build quality within the same community. As shown in the pictures, there is a clear gap between the countertop and the cold and hot valves, which shows that the holes drilled on the countertop to fit the faucets are off and might be part of the problem.
After the service ticket is created, the customer care manager reached out to me about this issue. He asked me not to compare my house with my neighbor's by giving me an example of cars. which is ridiculous. I didn't expect this answer from him at all. Instead of solving the issue they tried to escape from fixing it and just dismissed it. I have asked the customer care manager to fix the gaps between the faucet and the countertops and he just dismissed the idea and said they are not going to do that. We have paid a hefty price for the purchase of our home only to face these issues without getting to the bottom of it. I wish Pulte look into this matter more seriously.
If you want to buy home from Pulte and especially in this community I suggest you proceed with caution.

This has been one of the most disappointing home-buying experiences I’ve ever had. After closing, we’ve faced issue after issue, and the service team’s response has been completely unacceptable.
• HVAC: The system was not working properly right after closing. When we reported it, the service team dismissed it, claiming “that’s how it works.” Only after multiple follow-ups with the HVAC company was the problem finally fixed.
• Laundry Venting: We had repeated fire alerts (D90) and were told it was the washer and dryer’s fault. After replacing two sets of machines, we discovered the real issue was improper air duct installation.
• Microwave: Still defective, and the service team brushed it off as a “global defect” from Whirlpool — completely unhelpful.
• Sod Installation: Despite taking the money for it, they’ve done nothing and claim to have “no idea” when it will be installed.
• Other Problems: Poor well cover installation, front door misalignment, sloppy exterior finishing, and bad caulking — the list goes on.
For the amount of money paid, the quality and accountability are unacceptable. Instead of taking ownership, the service team seems more focused on denying issues than fixing them. Buyers deserve better than this. I would strongly urge anyone considering this builder to proceed with caution.

We are happy with a new house we've got at Lincoln Crossing. Overall experience was amazing because of the team at sales, construction site, Mortgage Lending and Titling. After researching all the communities(Pulte and Non-Pulte) in and around Aurora, IL for 1 year, we felt this is the best location to raise a family. I highly recommend considering this place for new buyers.
