  Amisa in the office was lovely! Seemed to be the only positive personality in the office but maybe it was an off-chance day. Property is a bit dated but still has a charm!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Why??? Lack of transparency – The approval criteria were not clearly explained upfront. Only after denying the application did they begin to explain their standards. •Poor communication – We had to repeatedly call and ask for updates instead of being proactively informed. •Wasted time and money – Application and co-signer fees were collected, yet there was no clear or honest communication about eligibility requirements beforehand. •Inconsistent messaging – We were told everything looked fine, only to later be denied without warning. Poor communication and lack of transparency. My experience reflects the same management irresponsibility mentioned in many other reviews. Clear communication and transparency are basic expectations when people are paying non-refundable application fees. Renters and co-signers deserve honesty, timely updates, and clearly stated requirements before being asked to pay. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure you fully understand their approval criteria in writing before APPLYING/submitting any payment.

  Parking is a nightmare and management won't do anything about cars just sitting in spaces not moved for months *Edit after response.. Have reached out to the office several times and nothing has been done. Also a handicap spot is literally in front of a garage blocking the garage

  I’ve been at Lakeview Townhomes for about a month and already love it! Amisa was so welcoming and an absolute pleasure to meet in person—she made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the little community events they host at the office; the paw pool party was such a fun touch, and our dogs were even featured in the resident newsletter! The neighbors have all been friendly and respectful, and it’s wonderfully quiet here. The serene lake view makes it a truly relaxing place to call home. I’m so glad I chose Lakeview Townhomes!
