Upon our arrival, we received no text back from the number that had been in communication with me and I ended up having to call the office because no one told me what was going on. Once I called, they told me that they had already rented out the place!! Horrible customer service because they didn’t even bother to tell me not to show up and made me waste my time and gas. That was the bare minimum that they could’ve done. If this is how they treat potential renters then how do they treat people once you sign a contract?!!!

Having experience with many bad property managers and a few good ones across the US, the Kirch team is one of the very best. They do an excellent job minimizing vacancies, quickly placing quality tenants when a unit becomes available, minimizing maintenance fees, and handling this all for a very reasonable management fee. Would highly recommend Kirch!

I recently had a long-term tenant leave who was a smoker and the unit needed a lot of attention to get it rent ready. The refurbish team is doing a great job; new flooring, new paint, new ceiling tiles, the works. I highly recommend Kirch Edward Property and Management.
