  Snow or ice on the sidewalks don't get removed and create a major slip hazard. Not a safe place to live.

  BE READY TO GET ROBBED!- Management was difficult to work with… When I moved in there were things that needed to be re-cleaned which could be understanding until I was moving out. The they nickel and dime you on your security deposit with no justification. I left the place spotless (which the office staff told me I wouldn’t be charged anything if it was) and better than when I moved in and was still charged nearly half my deposit for “professional cleaning” when there’s still another charge for the carpet cleaning. - I called to ask what they cleaned and wasn’t provided a response or a company… they told me sometimes the maintenance staff will help clean… so they’re just stealing half their deposit back without cleaning anything or hiring anyone… On the rare chance that they do, they are getting taken advantage of and they like it. I doubt they inspected or even stepped foot in my unit before I moved in. - Goodluck if you’re moving in

  The places were nice and my wife and I enjoyed our one-year lease. What has been insanely difficult, however, has been moving out and trying to get our deposit back. The final account statement on August 1st told us that we would get our deposit back within a month (before September), but of course it was a week after the contract said it would (and even then that was only because we were calling them and reminding them each and every week). Then, when we disputed the charges because we were wrongly charged for renters’ insurance that we already had on file, they wouldn’t do anything about it until it was outside of the time frame they’d promised, despite our repeatedly contacting them. On top of that, they promised us $77 in addition to what was previously quoted for the deposit, only to find out that they’re “training someone“ and didn’t take responsibility for their unfulfilled promises, saying we would only be getting $30 instead. To make matters even worse, the difference between the original quoted and the amount they erroneously took off for renters‘ insurance couldn’t be guaranteed until October. Absolute atrocious record-keeping, customer service and disregard for the needs of the customer and staying true to their promises.
