  My family loved living here and felt very grateful for the low price with everything included. Washer and dryer was not included in the unit, which was a minor cost to get one. The amenities are fantastic! Clubhouse is free to book and has an updated/clean gym, kitchen, main room, piano room, pool table, clean bathrooms, printer, and best of all a play town for children (great for parents in school). The grounds are kept up consistently and has playgrounds and basketball courts. The apartment itself was clean when we moved in. It also has an immense amount of storage, more than I have seen in any apartment (large bedroom closets w/ shelves, extra hall closet, linen closet, and room for food storage in the pantry). Whenever we had put in a maintenance request it was taken care of that day or within a week. Gals at the front desk were always kind. 💕 It’s a huge blessing to get into this place!

  For married housing for BYU-I students, I can't imagine a better option than these apartments. Location is a nice balance between out of the heart of campus but still an easy walking distance. Apartment is spacious and functional. Staff is always ready to help. Issues are attended to immediately. If you can get into these apartments, go for it.
