I’ve been living here for over a year now and every time my family or friends visit they always compliment because it’s such a nice property. The gym, the clubhouse and the hot tub are def my favorite but the inside of my apartment is super homey! They’re really spacious with all the storage spaces throughout. I feel like no matter how nice a place is, if management sucks you’re going to be waiting for your lease to end but here I couldn’t have gotten luckier. Maintenance team is always on it, up keeping the property and calling me promptly as soon as I submit a request, Noah and Brent are super knowledgeable! The ladies in the office are super helpful Ashlee and Samantha have been there to answer any questions I have, I never feel like a bother. I feel like Rachel, our property manager is the reason why the community has such a nice vibe, everyone looks happy to live here, employees look happy and she handles concerns promptly. I am so happy to show my appreciation that I just thought the other day, why haven’t I given these guys a review ? So here it is.
Noah and Noah of the maintenance team are champs. Went high above and beyond expectations.

Don’t do it. Look elsewhere. This is an entity too large to be personal or a genuine human in any shape or form. They almost never return your calls, and they couldn’t care less about the people they deal with. It was clear nothing was cleaned at all when my girlfriend moved in aside from a basic vacuum. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it, there was human and dog hair all throughout the carpet and just around the apartment, the blinds looked like they’d been burnt from candles, the drains were dirty, and the sinks clogged almost right away with minimal use. When it was brought up to the office, they gave a meager apology, got a refund on their cleaning fee, and refused to give a cleaning fee refund or any break on the deposit to my girlfriend, the tenant. So if your apartment is dirty when you move in, they’ll apologize and still charge you. Oh, and they never got it properly cleaned.
I have poor credit history, which is obviously valid. I have perfect rental history, however, and most property management places are completely reasonable about that with proper documentation. I provided over 3 years of documentation proving this (lease renewals, payment ledgers, pay stubs, recommendation letters, etc.) and they won’t even look at it. Some off-site “help desk” with allegedly no phone number, no email, seems to be the final decision in the matter.
They will not have an adult conversation with you. Their “hands are tied”. Half the time I called the office, no one was there, and the other half they don’t return your calls after repeatedly assuring you they will. I dealt with my application with them from September through late February! That’s how long it took because they don’t call anyone back! Their system prevents any human interaction from being meaningful in any way, and completely ignores anything outside of the rules they laid out. The human beings who work there aren’t doing any actual work, evidently.
This kind of exploitation is astonishing. The rent is already sky high and they have the audacity to charge EVERY SINGLE UTILITY on top of it. Water, admin fees, electric despite us paying that directly to avista and much, much more. And this is the farthest thing from a luxury apartment I could fathom. This is one of the greediest companies I've ever dealt with, and I plan on leaving here so fast we leave skid marks. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.
I’ve lived here for almost 5 months now and I have to say, great job to the property management team. I’ve been heard and they have responded with urgency to all of my needs and concerns. Our maintenance team is professional, responsive and respectful. Thank You!
