  Five stars! ⭐️ Could not recommend this place more, the management and the whole team is prompt and helpful Morgan, Callie , Raul and everyone I have come across. They keep the grounds well kept (trash, weeds, grass, etc), pest control is great, office hours are wonderful, maintenance is prompt when dealing with issues and they are on property, easy to submit maintenance request, quick response time, quiet, parking is not an issue, great amenities like the clubhouse, dog park, well maintained pool and spa, stocked and clean gym, etc! apartment interior is well maintained and updated, great bang for your buck, no funky smells when moving in, and great location off the freeway!

  Amazing people!! Callie and Morgan really helped me out today! I had questions and they had answers. Raul is always there in a good mood and willing to help out as much as he can. Great people all around!

  I’ve lived here since 2017 and have seen a few different management teams over the years. The current team is definitely the best so far. Morgan, Raul, Callie, and Chris are all helpful and quick to answer questions. The property has improved a lot since they took over, and it’s been nice to see how beautiful the community looks. 10 out of 10 best apartments!

  We have a nice pool with hot tub. The club house is cozy and has a nice fitness center. The maintenance team responds fairly quickly and knows what they're doing. Morgan and the administration team are friendly and helpful.
