  I can’t say enough good things about the management team at this apartment complex. I was dealing with an uncomfortable situation involving a neighbor, and they handled everything with so much kindness, professionalism, and understanding. They truly listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs by helping me transfer to a different apartment. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and reassuring during what could have been a very stressful time. I’m incredibly grateful for how supportive and compassionate they were, and it really shows that they care about their residents’ safety and well-being. Highly recommend living here. A HUGE thank you to Morgan, Callie, Raul and Chris! I appreciate you all.

  We toured ridge crest commons and a great experience overall although we ultimately decided not to rent due to needing a garage. We were very impressed with the community. The tour was informative and enjoyable. And we appreciated learning more about local schools and nearby shops which was important to us. If garages were available we would’ve absolutely chosen this community. We highly recommend Ridgecrest commons for anyone looking for great amenities and awesome team. Morgan was awesome !!!!!

  I recommend this property because I like the apartments and their comfortable amenities. I want to thank the office and maintenance team because they help resolve any issues quickly and kindly. The recreational areas are excellent and enjoyable. It's a great property to live in. Thank you so much, Morgan, for your kindness in every detail, and your team is excellent; they make every area of ​​this property welcoming and peaceful to live in.

  For six months I searched for an apartment and couldn't find one for various reasons, such as the cost, the location, and my son's school. Thank God I finally found a property that meets my needs, with a pool, gym, lounge, and other amenities. I appreciate the attention and kind treatment I received from Ms. Morgan and her team; they are people with excellent compassion and respect for others.

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS NEW company RIDGECREST. So many of my old residents have moved out because of them. I had this neighbor for three years and he was a veteran. He had a flag up and they made him take his flag down so he moved out. There is no privacy even though they have a pool there’s cameras up everywhere you can’t take anything in. They have a little gym those cameras everywhere they’re watching every single move in every single thing you do there’s absolutely no privacy and it’s ridiculous It was really sad. They do not take anything very serious. I’ve i’ve called multiple times to the main office to speak with Morgan and the people in the office and asking for phone calls back and I don’t receive a phone call back for at least three or four days later. I just receive emails because they’d rather email instead of talk over the phone. They’re just really in everyone’s business coming back and watching every single move that you make it’s just very uneasy it does not feel very comfortable here. To me this is a form of harassment. They have so much hidden fees in our lease we used to be able to choose our own Internet now they’re choosing our Internet and they’re in involving it in the lease. It’s ridiculous at this point. It’s never like how it used to be. I’ve been a resident here for four years now and it never used to be like this. They are very quick and easy to blame you for something and saying they have videos of everything but they won’t show the videos and when you try to defend yourself, they definitely do not like that. I don’t feel comfortable here at all. I have my issues with this new company from last winter. They’ve made us take down so much last winter in the middle of a snow storm. I am looking into legal advice on what actions I could take. I’ve asked to have an updated unit and that is a no unless you have more money. I definitely keep cameras on in front and back of my unit. They are constantly coming in the back of my unit trying to find something anything little small like it’s sad how they send the maintenance people and everyone else out to find something small to write you up on a lease violation who wants to live like that.? I am a paying resident. They come and stick letters on the outside when I’m gone. Instead of talking first. It’s ok I wish them well. I’m just not satisfied with the way the run the office. They are very unprofessional hippa violations in my situation. I definitely have saved all emails about asking for a phone call back. I will continue to as I know they are.
