  Tim helped us when moving across the country to Idaho and we couldn't have asked for a better partner in the process. Tim brought a ton of knowledge and experience to assist us in choosing a builder and helping us through the build process. He attended meetings when we weren't in town and helped us the entire way through 9+ months of building. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking to relocate to the Treasure Valley!

  Tim is an AWESOME realtor to work with. He has served the Boise area for many years and he really knows this market. He is honest, friendly and prompt.
